Payments & Refunds
Upon making the appointment for the call, we enter into an Agreement and you agree to pay Theatre of Arts Discipline (TOAD) the full purchase amount of the TASKE Program. Any digital products purchased through TOAD cannot be returned and are therefore, non-refundable. Please email prior to purchase if you have any questions about this. If an unforeseen circumstance occurs that causes the client to not follow through with the Program, we may decide to postpone the roll-out of the Program to a later date at my discretion.
Confidentiality
All personal information you give us will be dealt with in a confidential manner in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, due to circumstances outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that all aspects of your use of this website will be confidential due to the potential ability of third parties to intercept and access such information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information, education, and coaching provided to you by us under this Agreement are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties or representations express, implied or statutory; including, without limitation, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor are there any warranties created by a course of deal, course of performance or trade usage.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA. Any disputes concerning this website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in Washington State.
We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions, in your country of residence or any other appropriate country or jurisdiction.

If you enlist Our services, you will be provided with a contract of service at the time of booking TASKE. This outlines the full Terms & Conditions we will be bound by before, during and after your program, including but not limited to payments, refunds, design date changes, price adjustments, content limits, turnaround times, accreditation and promotion.
